Try the Cold Brew Manhattan, a tasty blend of smooth whiskey and cold brew coffee, sweetened with a dash of simple syrup. Topped with a creamy foam, this drink is a fun and refreshing twist on a classic cocktail!
Ingredients:
- 2.5oz whiskey
- 1oz Whiskey barrel aged cold brew concentrate
- simple syrup
- Sweet cream foam
- 1/4 cup of whole milk
- 2TBSP heavy cream
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1TBSP powdered sugar
Directions:
- Add 2.5oz of whiskey and 1oz of whiskey barrel aged cold brew concentrate to mixer.
- Stir and strain into preferred glass (I used a coupe glass)
- Make the sweet cream foam by adding the ingredients together and shaking until somewhat thick.
- Pour foam on top over spoon.
